Who made this
Author
Amie will forever be Brian's little sister. She lives with her wife Wala and daughter Mila outside of Boston, near her older sister Lynn and their parents. The Adventures of B is her first children's book. She studied Psychology at Brown University and made it to Burning Man five times — four times with Brian, and once in his honor. She enjoys writing, cooking, long walks, podcasts (listening and creating), and open-water swimming. You can see her writing here.
Illustrator
Mina Miki is an illustrator, writer, and designer, with a BFA in Illustration from Rhode Island School of Design. She was born in California and raised in Singapore, which has beautifully confused her sense of home. Her work addresses themes of gentleness, grief, and the humor to be found in everything. When she's not playing with watercolor, she can be found swaying on her porch swing, daydreaming about horses. You can see her work here.

The Adventures of B explores true stories from B's life, retold by his little sister in loving memory ten years after his early death. It will be a large-format hardcover illustrated chapter book written for kids ages 6 and up, available from Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and Bookshop.org. You can buy it here as soon as it's out.
